Buckwheat-Hazelnut Financier

Topped with roasted hazelnuts and maple glaze, these little cakes are made with buckwheat, almonds, oats and browned butter.  Made without wheat - in spite of its name, buckwheat is related to sorrel and rhubarb - these little cakes are absolutely addictive!
