Pickup orders must be placed through our online store no later than two days in advance by 2 PM. Since our office is closed Sundays, orders for Tuesday pickup must be placed no later than Saturday by 2 PM. Select holidays are no later than 3 days in advance.
Pre-orders are not accepted over the phone, through e-mail or in person.
We do not take same-day or next-day pre-orders.
We reserve the right to limit supplies of in-store items.
Large orders must be placed in advance online.
Abandoned orders are non-refundable and will be held for no more than 24 hours.
